Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
The short version: I only collect what you choose to give me, I use it to send you what you asked for, and I never sell or share it. You can unsubscribe or ask me to delete your information anytime.
Who I am
This website is run by Adam Clark, CFI-I, of WebGroundSky LLC in Nashua, NH. Questions about this policy can go to adam@acwebgroundsky.com.
What I collect
- Cheat sheet signup: your email address and the rating you select (Private, Instrument, or Commercial).
- Booking a session: the details you enter on my scheduling page, such as your name, email, and appointment time.
- Contacting me: whatever you include when you email or call me.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics, and it does not set cookies. If you use the light/dark mode switch, your choice is saved only in your own browser. Like any website, my web host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.
How I use it
- To send the cheat sheet for the rating you selected.
- To send occasional training tips and updates about my instruction.
- To schedule and run the sessions you book, and to reply to your messages.
Who handles it
I use trusted services to do this securely. Your information is sent to them over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored on their systems:
- Kit (kit.com) manages my email list. See Kit's privacy policy.
- Calendly (calendly.com) manages session bookings. See Calendly's privacy policy.
I never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else for their own marketing.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email I send.
- See, correct, or delete your information by emailing adam@acwebgroundsky.com. I'll take care of it promptly.
How long I keep it
I keep your email and rating while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your information, I remove it from my list.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top of this page.
